Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in: no penalty.
• Cancellation between 60 days (inclusive) and 30 days ( exclusive) before check-in:
penalty in the amount of 30% of the reservation amount.
• Cancellation less than 30 days (inclusive) of check-in: penalty in the amount of
50% of the reservation amount.
• No-show – debit the total amount of the reservation.
• Early departure – debit the total amount of the reservation.

Considering the changing situation in that we find ourselves in due to the
pandemic, we are flexible when it comes to cancellations due to
travel restrictions, and for that reason, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Please note the following :
• Minimum stay: 3 nights;
• Check-in from 3pm to 6pm (if customers arrive after this time, they must
inform us in advance);
• Check -out until 11am;
• Payment: Preferably before check-in (or on credit up to 30 days after check-in.)
